Localization Project Manager

Working in close collaboration with the production team, the Localization Project Manager is responsible for organizing and leading multilingual game localization.

Here are some of the responsibilities of the job:

  • 3-5 years of experience with localization projects in the games industry, including full audio localizations.
  • A couple of years’ experience with localization QA, preferably with games.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and insight skills.
  • Experience with virtual teams across multiple time zones.
  • Good knowledge of modern project management methods and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of game industry localization processes and potential bottlenecks/risks, both general and language specific.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Bonus skills:

  • Previous experience working with complex localization tools or CAT, specifically MemoQ.
  • Understanding of video games production and interest in technology and languages.
  • Experience with French and German as an organizational language is a plus.
